Jerry Kennelly
Tweak was created by Jerry Kennelly, founder of Stockbyte and Stockdisc, companies that captured 10 per cent of the global royalty-free stock photography market in ten years before being sold in 2006 to Getty Images. Kennelly started his first business as a photographic news and picture agency in 1981, has been honoured by the Deloitte Fast 50 Awards and was selected as the Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year in 2005. He spearheads the Young Entrepreneur Programme in which 2,400 students have participated. In 2009, Endeavour, an adult version of the programme, was launched and selected 15 start-ups with global potential that Kennelly and his team are helping guide.
Emma Ledden
Presenter, Training Consultant, Speaker and Founder of Presenting to Sell
Emma is a Master Trainer and has one of the most notable Presentation and Media CV’s in this country. Straight out of school at the age of 17 Emma began working with RTE on The Den. She presented and produced her own slot for two and a half years, eventually presenting the daily 3 hour show. Following this, Emma, chosen from over 2,000 to become a VJ for MTV UK. This involved being in front of a television camera 5 days a week. Within 6 months Emma landed another very high profile television position. She was chosen to present BBC’s flagship programme Live and Kicking. After this Emma turned her attention to radio. First she worked on a weekend magazine style show for Spin 1038 and then progressed to producing and presenting the breakfast programme on Dublin’s Q102. Emma still contributes to the media regularly and is a recurring panelist on TV3’s Midday show.
In 2003 Emma became a senior consultant with Carr Communications. She trained individuals and companies at all levels specialising in Presentation and Media Skills. Her ability to help a client overcome all the issues that arise with public communication is incomparable.
In 2007, Emma set up Emma Ledden Communications and developed “Presenting to Sell”. Presenting to Sell is about taking the fear and confusion out of presentations. It will motivate, challenge and educate individuals to prepare and deliver inspiring presentations that engage, inspire and get results. Emma’s clients include, KPMG, Matheson Ormsby Prentice, Deloitte, Smurfit Buisness School and a number of other Private and public sector organisations.

Frank Hattann
Frank Hattann is building LinkedIn’s sales development organisation in Dublin to support all of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Originally from Toronto, Matthews has lived in Dublin for over two years where he also managed sales development at Salesforce.com and plays for Realt Dearg Hurling Club.
It is at Salesforce where Matthews embraced the power of LinkedIn for finding and growing new business. Prior to managing sales development in Europe, Matthews worked as an account executive in North America, again using LinkedIn to sell to businesses.

Mary Kershaw
Mary Kershaw is the President of Network Ireland, which represents over 3,000 women in business, the professions and the Arts. Network Ireland also liaises with national and international organisations as well as key Government and State bodies throughout Europe. Originally from Tyrone, Mary is the advertising director for Cara, the in-flight magazine which is available on all Aer Lingus aircraft.Mary lived in London for thirty years and worked Irish Post, the newspaper for the Irish community in the UK. She returned to Ireland in 2001 to work with Smurfit Communications. Mary is an ambassador for the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. Having a Network to call on does work.’

Mairead Cosgrave
Mairead is the CEO of the BTSi Group and has spent most of her 15 year career working in the space where “technology meets education” She is passionate about the role ICT can play in enhancing 3rd and 4th level education across a variety of disciplines. She is a pioneer in promoting industry led qualifications via academic accreditation.
Mairead believes this process allows closer cooperation between industry and academia in terms of dealing with Ireland’s existing and emerging skills gap. Through her role in BTSi she is expanding the sales qualification suite into new and emerging global markets. Mairead advocates the need to consistently promote the profession of selling and the important role it can and will play on our journey to economic recovery.
Ian Talbot
Ian Talbot is Chief Executive of Chambers Ireland – Ireland’s largest business organisation.
He is responsible for driving the future growth and strategic development of the organisation as it seeks to promote the competitiveness of business in Ireland, represent interests of its members, and facilitate the development of the chamber network.
Prior to joining Chambers Ireland, Ian held positions as a Director of Citigroup and JP Morgan Chase in Ireland. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse where he spent several years working in their Dublin and Luxembourg offices.
Ian holds MA and BBS degrees from Trinity College, Dublin.
Sandy Metcalfe
A qualified sales coach, Sandy also acts as Senior Tutor / Programme Facilitator for the Group’s range of unique degree level sales qualifications – Diploma in Professional Selling; Diploma in Professional Selling; and the Graduate Diploma in Sales Coaching.
Sandy is a co – founder and director of BTSi, his career experience spans sales; sales management; HR; and training.
Frank Keane

Frank works closely with our International and Irish clients on consultancy and compliance matters including accounting, audit, tax and training. He is audit partner on a range of special purpose vehicles. Frank specialises in advising foreign corporates who are considering locating business in Ireland.
Frank has a BBLS and MAcc from UCD before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. He subsequently qualified as a QFA with the Institute of Bankers in Ireland and is a Certified Management Consultant. Frank trained as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte. While with Deloitte, Frank gained significant experience advising multinationals who had branches located in Ireland and then as Senior Manager lead the Firms Learning Department as well as a role in the Global Learning team. Currently, Frank leads the tax department as well as providing audit and advisory services to International Business clients.
Typically Frank works with other Blue Chip advisors to assist clients structure their affairs in Ireland and then ensures that the operational matters are executed expeditiously. Frank has written books and study guides on ‘Financial Statement Analysis’, ‘Company Financial Statements’, and ‘Corporate Banking’ – all published by the Institute of Bankers in Ireland. Frank has been published numerous times in Accountancy Ireland and Banking Ireland.
Frank has spoken at seminars to the MBA in UCD, the Kings Inns and The Marketing Institute of Ireland as well as to certain Big Four Firm’s Offices around Europe. Frank is external examiner for the Financial Management program on the MAcc in UCD. He is also a lecturer on the CAI’s FAE program. A member of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI), Frank has sat on the Education, Training and Lifelong Learning Committee of the CAI for 5 years. Frank, married with two young sons, is a former long standing member of Blackrock College Past Pupils’ Unions committees, and is a sports addict enjoying keeping fit, soccer and playing occasional rugby.
